Heavy duty belts are specially designed and build to meet excellent life with zero stretch which resist abrasion, thermal produced during dynamic conditions of driven pulleys, all kinds of standard oils & greases with antistatic properties and gives more extra life efficiency.

All kinds of these belts are made to dimensional accuracy as per standard and fits to the respective pulleys to avoid slippage and less power transmission loss. The specially designed industrial poly-cotton fabric which is frictioned with special polychloroprene rubber compound gives cool running between the pulleys, controlling the heat buildup under dynamic conditions which results in increasing the engine life as well as the induction motors.

Components of Belts

	1.		Jacketing cover : industrial poly-cotton fabric, frictioned with specially compounded polychloroprene rubber for high heat resistance, wear ,crack initiation, oxygen and ozone resistances with antistatic properties.
	2.		Topping compound : specially formulated for excellent adhesion properties between in the fabric and reinforcement polyester cord, and inturn with the cushion compound.
	3.		Reinforcement member : dipped pexually treated stiff polyester twisted cabled cord with specified deniers, is used as a tension member to give high tenasity and stiffness with minimum stretch and high flex resistance.
	4.		Cushion Rubber : Suitably designed to give high bond strength to the tension member with high hardness IRHD flex fatigue and crack initiation resistance.
